Extracted from the same selection of French and American oak, several toasting levels, 36 months open-air seasoning. Put into solution then added during filling: immediate extraction, no removal and no handling. Three profiles: Blanc Fraîcheur, Rosé Fraîcheur, Thermo Rouge. Packaging: 100 g, 200 g, 1 kg and 5 kg bag.

EBX #410 - Limousin Spirit Enhancer. Premium liquid oak extract for spirits, from Limousin oak air-dried outdoors for 36 months. Dry extract 180 g/l. Direct use: 0.15 % to 0.5 %, 3 to 6 months to integrate (3 months minimum, 6 optimum). To be used on receipt, or stabilised at 40 % ABV.
