7 mm staves designed for precise and progressive extraction, bringing finesse, balance, and control of oak profiles, while respecting the fruit and the structure of the wine. Weight: 200 g/unit.

18 mm staves from the Couleur Primaire range, made from oak matured for 36 months, designed for long ageing, offering progressive extraction, vanilla, coconut and spice profiles, respect for the fruit, roundness, structure and well-integrated tannins. (weight: 500 g/unit)

The Recipe is an expert blend of staves, co-developed with our partner oenologists, to manage ageing and build tailor-made oak profiles adapted to the needs of each wine.
