Our 7mm American oak staves are specifically designed for quick extraction, imparting the typical aromas of this wood, such as vanilla, coconut, and spicy notes. Naturally aged outdoors for a minimum of 24 months, they deliver smooth and silky tannins, ideal for aging over 4 to 6 weeks. With a recommended dosage of 2 to 4 staves per hectoliter, they enhance the aromatic profile without overpowering the wine's natural characteristics. Certified for organic use by ECOCERT (EU & NOP), they ensure results that meet the highest oenological standards.
