Untoasted French oak tannin, ideal in winemaking to structure, protect, and reveal the wine's potential. Product usable in organic farming — EU (Regulation (EU) 2018/848) & NOP (USDA).

RECETTE VENDANGES — ready-to-use blends designed for the harvest, in powder tannins. Extracted from the same selection of French and American oak, several toasting levels, 36 months open-air seasoning. Put into solution then added during filling: immediate extraction, no removal and no handling. Three profiles: Blanc Fraîcheur, Rosé Fraîcheur, Thermo Rouge. Packaging: 100 g, 200 g, 1 kg and 5 kg bag.
