"La Recette" for chips is a blend of oak types and toast profiles designed to offer a modular tool for fermentation and aging. Based on different toasting levels and distinct oak origins, it allows adjusting the intensity and nature of the wood contribution according to the desired style. Compliant with the OIV Codex, this blend provides a flexible technical framework for fine-tuning the wood expression in wines while respecting their identity. The chips are packaged in 10-kg infusion nets.
